I met Elizabeth today and lets say I don't think I am ready to hang out with her yet. She is too hardcore for me. I am still learning my power cleans and then you want me to WHAT?! oh of course SQUAT! Squaty Squat squat boo.

Sweet lordy-lou. If there ever is a time I feel super out of shape besides the first day, it is NOW. Since I cant really squat clean YET, I had to power clean it and then squat down to the ball. (Thanks Steve) I wish I was just a natural squat cleaner haha because I have a feeling this was more energy and I know time consuming than doing it all in one motion. Anyway, not complaining just saying.

Ring Dips! The only kinda dips I knew before this was chips and dip and skinny dip. (both of which I am a fan) Not so much this ring dip YET but I still give it all I got. I also finally met E2 in person. Holla!

I love/hate the part when my body wants to tap out like hardcore and it shakes but I have my goal in mind and I want to get there. I rarely accept anything less I want to curse out my arms and legs for letting me down but I push through it. Driving home after the workout I wished I drove an automatic because even pressing the clutch was hard. Cannot wait for tomorrow.

So I finished the whole workout. Time....I should leave that out because it is terrible but we are all friends here. 30:16 mins. Yea I know I could have watched two episodes with no commericals of Always Sunny but next time I will try to get it down to one episode. Okay!

Last night birthday dinner was AMAZING. I absolutely love my friends and family. They are the best! Erdinger is awesome <3 Kasespatzle was just how I remembered it in Germany. Pictured below is my new hot workout top Kto got me for my birthday.
