Felt really good to do these even though I had to semi squat.

My second round of pullups using blue band it began to get super tough and this is when Steve took my picture. I bet it will be super hott. This came easier to me than last workout but the last set of pullups I went to a gray band and that was easier to pull myself up.

Okay not the best time but I finished it so I am happy with myself
I may not have the best reps or times but I have to say I do have the cutest notebook to track my progress at Crossfit.
