About halfway through when I saw Tim pull out the tape and wrap up his hands I looked down and saw blood. Welcome to Crossfit. I love it. Tim tossed me the tape, I wrapped the shit outta my hands ( with the help of C's teeth) and carried on. Yeah it sucked, but it would have sucked more if I didn't finish. So I kept jumping up to the bar one pull-up at a time. At one point I paused to catch my breath and took a look around. The sweat, blood, and pre-vomit burps surrounded me- what a beautiful moment.

And on the beer side of this blog...I'm at Varga Bar sippin on some SlyFox Black Raspberry. Ahhhmazing. Picture to come after if I find my phone cord haha..
